Decree of the Government of R.F. No. 284 of 04/09/2016

On the establishment of environmental fees for each group of goods subject to disposal after they lose their consumer properties, paid by manufacturers, importers of goods that do not provide independent disposal of waste from the use of goods.

In accordance with Article 24.5 of the Federal Law "On Production and Consumption Waste" the Government of the Russian Federation.
Decides:
1. Approve the attached environmental fee rates for each group of goods subject to disposal after they lose their consumer properties, paid by manufacturers, importers of goods that do not provide independent disposal of waste from the use of goods.

2. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation annually, no later than September 1, submit to the Government of the Russian Federation agreed with the interested federal executive authorities proposals on the rates approved by this resolution for the next calendar year.
