1. Customs inspection of goods is carried out if it is necessary to conduct customs inspection with a special software tool using a random number generator. 2. Customs inspection must be carried out (to the specified extent and degree) only for those goods (names of goods when they are declared in the DT), in respect of which the risk contained in the risk profile has been identified. 3. Customs inspection of goods is carried out in the amount of 10%. If, during the course of customs inspection, a customs official has a reasonable suspicion of the likelihood of a violation of customs legislation, the volume of customs inspection should be increased to 100%. |
